Every piece is made to order in small runs. Please check the size guide on each product before you order.
14-day right to cancel (EU)
If you're a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email or through our contact page, then send the item back unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.
Defects and misprints
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the problem and of the label
We'll sort a replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you.
Wrong address or lost parcels
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
