Every piece is made to order after you buy it. This doesn't affect your rights below.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us your decision with a clear statement by email to nvtureking99@gmail.com or by post to the address below, including your order number. You may use the EU model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will email you the return address after we receive your notice. Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (please don't wear, wash or remove tags).

Defects and misprints

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem and of the label. We'll replace it at no cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible. Your legal guarantee rights for non-conforming goods under EU and Portuguese law always apply.
